Rick Maxwell, President/CEO

As an entrepreneur, Rick has been instrumental in growth of two companies, Modern Office Methods (MOM) and OfficeWare. Today, he continues his business leadership with Full Service Networking.  Rick joined MOM, a company founded by his father-in-law, Bob McCarthy. He started in 1976 as a sales representative, being promoted to Vice President of Sales and, ultimately, elevated to President in 1986. In 1995, he and his wife, Kathy, had an opportunity to acquire the southern region of MOM, forming Louisville-based OfficeWare as a document solutions provider, representing Ricoh, Canon and HP. In 2009, Cincinnati-based Full Service Networking was acquired as a strategic acquisition, allowing OfficeWare to accelerate its value proposition as a technology office solutions provider and providing diversification in markets and service offerings. In 2011, OfficeWare was acquired by Konica Minolta who was interested in increasing their presence in the Kentucky and Indiana markets. With the acquisition of OfficeWare, Rick is solely focused on the growth and continued success of FSN.Since 1986, Rick has been an active member, officer and past Chairman of Cincinnati YPO and WPO. In 2010, he was a Regional Finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year program and in 2012, Rick was named the Deal Maker Entrepreneur Award recipient by the Cincinnati Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. He has always given back to the communities in which his companies conduct business. His philosophy has always been to support organizations or causes which are important to clients and team members. Rick is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a degree in Business Management.

Chris Resch, Chief Technology Officer

With over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology profession, Chris is the architect for all FSN’s engineered IT network infrastructure solutions. As Chief Technology Officer, Chris advises clients on technology upgrade strategies to improve current performance, ensure operational continuity and provides counsel to achieve their strategic objectives. Chris was a member of the management team at OfficeWare, a managed document service provider that purchased FSN in a strategic acquisition in 2009. Chris is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a degree in Computer Information Systems.

Dan Saxby, Vice President of Client Services

Dan oversees the entire technical support team and helps to ensure client satisfaction with the IT implementation and management solutions that FSN offers. Prior to joining FSN, Dan has spent his career in IT strategy and support, as well as implementing enterprise-wide software packages. Dan has worked both as the outsourced consultant and the internal resource, spreading IT accountability and integrating new technologies to achieve higher efficiencies in business operations. He is active in Boy Scouts of America, including serving on the Friends of Scouting committee. Dan earned an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from DePauw University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.

Tom Gniazdowski, Controller

Tom oversees all the financial functions for the company’s operations, including FSN Financial Services, enabling clients to take advantage of paying for IT network infrastructure upgrades under a monthly payment option. Before joining FSN in 2000, Tom spent 13 years with NCR Corporation in various financial positions in both manufacturing in Columbia, SC and corporate headquarters in Dayton, OH. Additionally, Tom was a Small Business Management Advisor implementing accounting and computer network systems, combined with other general accounting work experience. Tom has a professional certification, CPIM, in production and inventory management. He graduated with a BS in Business Administration-Accounting from the University of South Carolina. Tom currently serves as Treasurer and is a member of the Board of Directors of The National MPS Society, a national non-profit society for children with a rare genetic storage disorder.

Lisa Hayes, Senior Project Manager

Lisa leads the project management team, responsible for providing project scope definition, timeline and overall execution. She interfaces with clients to assure complex IT network upgrade projects are completed on-time and on-budget. Prior to joining FSN in 2010, Lisa spent 18 years in the pharmaceutical industry managing business processes, manufacturing, packaging and material sourcing. She holds an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Kent State University and graduate degrees from the University of Cincinnati in Analytical Chemistry & a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.

David Owens, Director of Business Development

David is an advocate for Cincinnati based small- and middle-market companies and non-profits. He first served as Director of Educational programs at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce, creating programs and partnerships to expose executives to leading growth strategies, tactics and management experts. He then served in a business development role for two advertising agencies. In April 2011, he was hired to oversee the marketing initiatives for OfficeWare, a document management company and Full Service Networking (FSN). Upon the sale of OfficeWare in the fall of 2011, his focus has been on the marketing and sales efforts for FSN. David currently serves on the boards at the Goering Center for Privately Held & Family Businesses and Association for Corporate Growth’s Cincinnati chapter. He is a graduate of Denison University and University of Maryland, University College with a Master of General Administration.

Bill Baele, Education and Non-Profit Specialist

Bill builds client relationships with area K-12 Schools and non-profits to achieve a stable technology platform by making prudent technology investments. In particular, he helps customize solutions for schools based on the increasing utilization of technology in the classroom to enhance learning opportunities. Further, he provides ongoing account management to achieve his clients’ technology goals. Bill has over 30 years of experience in providing technology solutions to organizations in southwest Ohio. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Economics.
